Welcome to MyFitMatch, LLC’s MyFitMatch.com (“MFM”). If you continue to browse and use this website/MFM App, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website/MFM App. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or app.

These Terms of Use are binding on any user of the MFM or its services and apply to you from and after the time that MFM provides you with access to the Service.

The Service will evolve over time. These Terms of Use are not intended to answer every question or address every issue raised by the use of the Service. MFM reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective upon the posting of modified terms and MFM will communicate these changes to you via email or notification via the Website. It is likely the terms of use will change over time. It is your obligation to ensure that you have read, understood and agree to the most recent terms available on the Website.

By registering to use the MFM you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and have the authority to act on behalf of any person for whom you are using the MFM. You are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use on behalf of any entity for whom you use the Service.

The term 'website' “MFM” “App” or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owners of MyFitMatch, LLC. The term 'user' refers to the website/MFM App visitors and registered members.

Our goal is to ensure fitness enthusiast or those wanting to be, find a MyFitMatch in Love, Friendship or seeking services from a Personal Trainer/Online coach. We are providing Personal Trainers a new way to reach potential clients unlike other advertising in the market today. It’s important to read and understand account membership interactions along with the terms and policies. Users must abide by all terms and conditions and policies In order to deliver an enjoyable experience to you, we may use your Registration and other information to:

  • offer you our services and features; contact you with information about the App (e.g., updates and new offerings);
  • personalize the App and the content we deliver to you;
  • conduct research and analytics about how you use and interact with the App;
  • resolve disputes between you and other Users; and
  • investigate fraud, protect our legal rights, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.

    Registration Information

    When you download the App and create an account ("Account"), we may collect certain information ("Registration Information") about you, such as:

  • Name;
  • Username;
  • Email address;
  • Mobile number;
  • Gender identity;
  • Date of birth;
  • Sexual preference;
  • Photographs;
  • Location; and
  • Login information and friend lists for social media accounts that you connect to your MFM Account (this could include, for example, your Facebook and Instagram accounts ("Social Media Accounts").

    You will also be required to create a password in connection with the registration of your Account. Once you register, you will be able to review and change your profile and matchmaking preferences at any time by accessing your “Profile” page either through the app or on our web site. You control your user profile and match making preferences. You may not change your birthdate or gender. The information we collect helps to enhance the App, your experience, and verify our Users (robots are not welcome!!). Registration Information such as your name and username may be visible to the public on your profile page

    Terms and Conditions

    The use of this website/MFM app is subject to the following terms of use:

  • MFM is for users 18 years of age or older. The content of the pages of this website is for user’s general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  • User acknowledges that neither we nor any third parties provide any warranties while the user is using this website for any particular purpose.
  • We expressly exclude liability for any possible harm to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • User’s use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at their own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be user’s own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet user’s specific requirements.
  • This website and MFM app contains material that may be owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than upon receiving explicit permission.
  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
  • This website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for user’s convenience to provide further information and or services not that of MyFitMatch, LLC. They do not signify that we endorse said website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
  • User agrees not to submit illegal content to this website and agree to warn MFM via support@myfitmatch.com after seeing other users doing it.
  • MyFitMatch, LLC is not responsible nor can MFM be held liable for your interactions with other users.
  • MFM is not responsible nor can MFM be held liable for your interactions and/or hiring of a Personal Trainer or Online Coach.
  • Personal trainers and/or Online coach must be certified as a Personal Trainer and should list their certifications within their profiles.
  • MFM does not warranty the certifications or capabilities of Personal Trainers

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    A. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights. MFM alone (and its licensors, if and where applicable) exclusively retain all Intellectual Property Rights, wherever in the world enjoyable, in and to the Website (including all Software) and any portion and all compilations thereof, including other technology used by MFM to provide the Website, and the trademarks, service marks, and trade names, whether or not registered, identifying or used in connection with the subject matter of these Terms of Use (collectively the "Marks" exclusive of your Marks) and the Website. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge that MFM's design, layout, text, graphics, interactions and the selection, coordination and arrangement of content, are owned by MFM and/or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law and international treaties. All rights reserved. Use and disclosure of such content and materials are only as allowed by this Agreement, regardless of whether such content and materials qualify as Confidential Information.

    B. Use of Your Ideas. MFM shall be free to use and exploit in any way, and may assign and transfer such rights, any and all suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations, survey responses, or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the Website without obligation or liability, including payment of any royalties or other fees.

    C. MFM Trademarks. The MFM name, the MFM logo, and the product names associated with the Website are trademarks of MFM or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them. This Agreement is not a sale and does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Website, any other MFM technology, or the intellectual property rights owned by MFM. You acknowledge that, except as specifically provided under this Agreement, no other right, title, or interest in these items is granted.

    DISCLAIMERS, WARRANTIES AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

    A. Authority: You warrant that the person who is agreeing to these Terms of Use has the have the authority to legally bind you to these Terms of Use, and you agree that by registering to use the Website and Website you are bound by all of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

    B. DISCLAIMER. The Websites provided by MFM are provided “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF: 1) MERCHANTABILITY OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE COMPUTER PROGRAM; 2) FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LICENSEE'S PURPOSE, OR SYSTEM INTEGRATION; 3) EFFORT TO ACHIEVE PURPOSE; 4) QUALITY; 5) ACCURACY OF INFORMATIONAL CONTENT; 6) NON INFRINGEMENT; 7) QUIET ENJOYMENT; AND 8) TITLE. MFM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTY AS TO THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, TRUTH, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION WEBSITE. MFM DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT OR GUARANTY THAT:

    1. THE SUBSCRIPTON WEBSITES WILL BE FAILSAFE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR DEFECTS, OR THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION WEBSITE WILL PROTECT AGAINST ALL POSSIBLE SECURITY THREATS (INCLUDING INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT BY THIRD PARTIES),

    2. THAT THERE WILL BE NO MALFUNCTIONS OR OTHER ERRORS IN THE SUBSCRIPTION WEBSITED CAUSED BY VIRUS, INFECTION, WORM OR SIMILAR MALICIOUS CODE NOT INTRODUCED OR DEVELOPED BY MFM, OR THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,

    3. THE USE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION WEBSITE WILL BE SECURE, TIMELY, OR OPERATE IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, SYSTEM OR DATA,

    4. THE SUBSCRIPTION WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, OR ENSURE YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES OR REGULATIONS, OR WITH YOUR SECURITY POLICIES OR REQUIREMENTS, OR YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY POLICIES OR REQUIREMENTS IMPOSED BY ANY THIRD PARTY,

    5. ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR CORRECTIBLE,

    6. THE WEBSITE, OR THE SERVER(S) OR OTHER TECHNOLOGY THAT MAKE THE SUBSCRIPTION WEBSITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

    C. Acknowledgment: You acknowledge and understand that:

    1. MFM cannot and does not guaranty the success of its Website.

    2. MFM cannot and does not guaranty the functionality of any Microsoft product that integrates with the Website.

    3. You are authorized to use the Website and that you are authorized to access the processed information and Data that is made available to you through your use of the Website (whether that information and Data is your own or that of anyone else).

    4. The provision of, access to, and use of, the Website is on an “as is” basis and at your own risk.

    5. MFM does not warrant that the use of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free. Among other things, the operation and availability of the systems used for accessing the Website, including computer networks and the Internet, can be unpredictable and may from time to time interfere with or prevent access to the Website. MFM is not in any way responsible for any such interference or prevention of your access or use of the Website. It is your responsibility to maintain internet access that is compatible with the Website.

    6. It is your sole responsibility to determine that the Website meet the needs of your business and are suitable for the purposes for which they are used.

    7. Any configurations of the Website (such as dashboards, system settings, and knowledge base contents, computations, etc.) supplied by MFM are for your convenience only, and it is solely up to you to determine if they are suitable for the purposes for which they are used.

    D. Consumer guarantees: You warrant and represent that you are acquiring the right to access and use the Website for the purposes of a business and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any statutory consumer guarantees or legislation intended to protect non-business consumers in any jurisdiction does not apply to the supply of the Website, the Website or these Terms of Use.

    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    A. LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES. Neither party will be liable for loss of revenue or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or damages for lost profits, revenues, business interruption, or loss of business information, even if the party knew they were possible or reasonably foreseeable.

    B. Limitation of Liability. The aggregate liability of each party for all claims under this agreement is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid under this Agreement for the Website during the 12 months before the cause of action arose; provided, that in no event will a party's aggregate liability for any Website exceed the amount paid for that Website during the Subscription. For Websites provided free of charge, Microsoft's liability is limited to direct damages up to $5,000.00 USD.

    C. Exceptions to limitations. The limits of liability in this Section apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, but do not apply to: (1) your obligations under Section 3; or (2) violation of the other's intellectual property rights.

    Available Accounts

    USE OF THE WEBSITE. MFM grants you the right to access and use the Website via the Website with the particular user roles available to you according to your subscription type. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and subject to this Agreement. MFM reserves all other rights.

    MFM offers three account types: Male, Female and Personal Trainer/Online Coach accounts

    Males can “look for” Male, Female and PT/Online Coach Males can “seek” Dating, Fitness Friends, PT/Online Coach

    Females can “look for” Male, Female and PT/Online coach Females can “seek” Dating, Fitness Friends, PT/Online Coach

    Personal Trainers/Online coach can “look for” Personal Trainers/On-line coach Personal Trainer/Online coach can “seek” PT/Online Coach Personal Trainers are matched to Male/Female or other PT/Online Coaches without gender associations.

    Account features/Interactions:

    Interactions between MFM users vary depending of level of subscription and “like” and “Super Ignite” features of our app. For all levels of interaction communication between all matches (Dating, Fitness Friends, and PT/Online Coach) is predicate on both users utilizing the “Like” or “Super Ignite” feature on the app. Once both matched users select “Like” or Super Ignite” you will receive a notification stating you “Struck a Fit Match”. After that its, Ready, Set, Chat/Video!

    VIP accounts have unlimited use of most app features shown on subscription level. PT/Online Coach accounts have unlimited us of app features shown but are limited in account interactions, please refer to below PT/Online coach terms for more information.

    Free accounts have limited use of app features, show on subscription level pages and are credit based. Credit packs are available for purchase

    User swipe left or right Feature: Swipe to the right to “like” your match or swipe left to delete the match from your matchbook.

    Lit List: The Lit List is a geographic proximity priority identifier to join members and showcase user profiles. Male/Female VIP and PT/Online Trainer accounts can place themselves on the Lit list for once a day every day. Free accounts can purchase a credit pack and use XXXX credits to be placed on the Lit List for a period of 1 day.

    PT/online coach terms:

  • Must hold a valid Personal Training certificate from a credited source and stated on profile
  • URL’s used in profiles must be a valid. Use of a URL embedded into a PT/Online Coach Profile will be validated by MFM staff members. They do not signify that we endorse said website(s). MFM is not liable nor has any responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
  • Recommended to have a well written contract agreement ready to describe services provided.

    How Personal Trainer/Online Coach matches work: Personal trainers are matched to MFM (Free, VIP and other PT/online coach account users who have selected “PT/Online Coach in the “seeking for” account matches are based on geo locations closest to them. Users “seeking for PT/Online Coach” should read Personal Trainers profiles they are matched and use the swiping to right, liking or book mark feature. Once you “like” a personal trainer and they have an opportunity “like” you back via compatibility view list, your able to initiate the first text and/or video chat with a Trainer/Online Coach. From that point on the Personal Trainer/Online Coach may continue and/or initiate either text and video chat dialogs with you. These features could be used to share a quick workout, give a pep talk or just make a connection. MFM is not a training site and we do not offer Personal Training Services. We help you match with a Personal Trainer/Online coach if you choose to be matched with one. Personal Trainer are not permitted to “seek” users of the app. MFM is not responsible for any shared information between a Personal Trainer/Online Coach and those looking to hire a Personal Trainer/Online coach.

    MFM is not responsible for any agreements between a Personal Trainer/Online Coach and those seeking professional Personal Training services. It’s important for both parties “seeking for” the assistance of a personal trainer” and “Personal Trainer/Online Coach” to establish terms of agreement for services and/or a contract should be signed prior to the very first session. Personal Trainers should take time to carefully craft a detailed, comprehensive contract and those seeking the assistance of a Personal Trainer as the client should read and understand in full what to expect. When you both understand the agreement you are entering, everything will go much more smoothly. MFM is not responsible for the monetary transactions between a user and a Personal Trainer/Online Coach that they matched with on our site and hired.

    MFM does not verify or perform background checks on Personal Trainers or Online Coaches in regards to their certifications or qualifications as depicted in their profile. Any misrepresentation of credentials/lack of certifications should be considered as Fraudulent. Those Personal Trainers/Online Coach accounts discovered to be fraudulent will be terminated and banned from MFM website/app and MFM branded material.

    Safety and Security:

    We take the safety, security our users very seriously. We continue to invest into updates to technologies and partnerships to enhance the safety of our users. We try hard to provide a safe and positive experience for users on our platform. We utilize a manual user photo/verification code process through email, in order to register on our site. In addition, all pictures are approved for decency prior to being uploaded

    For your own privacy, do not include your last name(s) in your “User” Name. Here at MFM we pride ourselves on taking commercially reasonable security measures to help protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, or disclosure. We use reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information such as secured servers using firewalls. We may ask you to provide your full name, address and email address. Such details may be shared with third parties for purposes relating to, for example, any of our affiliate programs.

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur, no website or Internet transmission is ever completely 100% secure. Here are some helpful tips to help keep your data secure:

    1. Log out of your Account after use as you never know who may stumble onto your Account!

    2. Don't share your MFM or social media passwords with anyone else!

    3. Change your MFM or social media password periodically.

    If you ever think someone has had access to your MFM account, please report it to support@myfitmatch.com. Our staff will assist you in changing your passwords. If you think someone has access to your social media password, please report it to the relevant social media platform and change your password immediately. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while it is being transmitted to our site and any transmission is at your own risk.

    WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACHES OF SECURITY, DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, OR ANY LOSS OR UNAUTHORISED USE OF YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION OR OTHER DATA.

    We utilize a network of industry-leading automated and manual moderation and review tools, systems and processes - to prevent, monitor and remove inappropriate behavior (impersonation, harassment and more) from our app.

    These tools include moderated profiles for red-flag language and images; manual reviews of suspicious profiles, activity, and user generated reports; shadow-banning suspicious accounts; as well as blocking of email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses and other identifiers associated with bad actors.

    We have a zero-tolerance policy on harassment and encourage our users to utilize the self “blocking” feature and report any instance of misconduct and/or anyone who violates our interaction guidelines by contacting “support@myfitmatch.com”. If we receive such a report, our staff will take appropriate measures, which may include banning the user, removing the commentary and notifying the appropriate law enforcement resources if necessary.

    We strongly encourage any user who believes they have been a victim of a crime to report it to law enforcement. Our staff works promptly to investigate reported crimes, assess and take appropriate action, and fully cooperates with law enforcement in any investigation.

    We recommend and encourage our members to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. Don’t put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers' license details and other sensitive information on your profile. Your Profile is public information. In addition, please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself on your profile such as your health details, political affiliation or religious denomination. While you may voluntarily provide this information to us when you create your profile, including your sexual preferences, there is no requirement to do so. Please remember that photographs you post on MFM may reveal information about yourself as well. When you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing of your information and making this public to other users.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details are kept up to date. If your phone number changes, please ensure that you update this in your account.

    Finally, we want to keep in touch with you to make sure you know about the great promotions and offers we have available. If you’ve told us it’s OK, we will use your email address and phone number to send you information on these. You can withdraw this consent at any time via Settings in the Website/app.

    Fraud

    There is a zero-tolerance policy for predatory behavior of any kind. MFM is not responsible for the monetary transactions between a user and a Personal Trainer/Online Coach that they matched with on this website/app.

    TERMINATION

    A. Prepaid Subscriptions. In the event of termination MFM will not refund remaining prepaid p subscription Access Fees.

    B. No-fault termination: These Terms of Use will continue for the period covered by the Access Fees paid or payable. At the end of each billing period these Terms of Use will automatically continue for another period of the same duration as that period, provided you continue to pay the prescribed Access Fees when due, unless either party terminates these Terms of Use by giving notice to the other party at least 30 days before the end of the relevant payment period. If you terminate these Terms of Use you shall be liable to pay all relevant Access Fees on a pro-rata basis for each day of the then current period up to and including the day of termination of these Terms of Use.

    C. Breach: If you:

    1. Breach any of these Terms of Use (including, without limitation, by non-payment of any Access Fees) and do not remedy the breach within 5 days after receiving notice of the breach if the breach is capable of being remedied;

    2. Breach any of these Terms of Use and the breach is not capable of being remedied; or

    3. Your business becomes insolvent or your business goes into liquidation or has a receiver or manager appointed of any of its assets or if you become insolvent, or make any arrangement with your creditors, or become subject to any similar insolvency event in any jurisdiction,

    MFM may take any or all of the following actions, at its sole discretion:

    1. Terminate this Agreement and your use of the Website and the Website;

    2. Suspend, for any definite or indefinite period of time, your use of the Website and the Website;

    3. Suspend or terminate access to all or any Data.

    D. Expiry or termination: All terms and provisions of this Agreement will survive to the extent that, by their terms, they are intended to survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

    Scheduled Maintenance. You acknowledge and agree that MFM may interrupt the Website as MFM deems necessary in order to maintain, repair, restructure or make adjustments to the Website. MFM will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you prior notice of any prolonged Website interruptions.

    Modifications and Changes to Website. MFM reserves the right to modify the Website at its discretion, including without limitation modification, additions or deletions of features, functionalities.

    Additional Policies and Information:

    Solicitation/Prostitution:

    Human trafficking or solicitation of Prostitution of any kind or the promotion of non MFM products or services - whether attempting to buy or sell - is against our terms of use. If a user encounters a profile violating our terms, we encourage the user to report it to support@myfitmatch.com. Making such a report allows our support staff to take appropriate actions, which may include removing the profile or banning the user.

    Illegal Substances:

    Users (or MFM users) promoting illegal substances violate our terms of use and we have a system in place to remove these Users from the website/app. If a User encounters a User violating our terms, you are encouraged report it to support@myfitmatch.com.

    Geolocation Information

    Our matchmaking utilizes geolocation technology when you use your mobile, we will collect information about WiFi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude and may save your device's coordinates to offer certain features to you. This information helps us identify your physical location and we may use it to personalize the App and make it easier for you to interact with other Users, by enabling the information to be displayed and shared with other members choosing to view “nearby” posts.

    If you have enabled location services, but wish to turn them off, you can do so by the following methods:

    1. PWA download – settings, safari, MFM

    2. iPhone app — settings, privacy, location services, MFM

    3. Android — settings, location, MFM, permissions, location

    Additional Information

    For users who are California residents, the data we may collect falls within the following categories of “personal information,” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

    1. Identifiers, such as name and location;

    2. Personal information, as defined in the California customer records law, such as contact (including email and telephone number) and financial information;

    3. Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law (if you choose to provide them), such as age, gender identity, marital status, sexual orientation, race, ancestry, national origin, religion, and medical conditions;

    4. Commercial information, such as transaction information and purchase history;

    5. Biometric information (not relevant here);

    6. Internet or network activity information, such as browsing history and interactions with our websites and apps;

    7. Geolocation data, such as mobile device location;

    8. Audio, electronic, visual and similar information, such as photos and videos;

    9. Professional or employment-related information, such as work history and prior employer;

    10. Non-public education information; and

    11. Inferences drawn from any of the personal information listed above to create a profile or summary about, for example, an individual’s preferences and characteristics.

    Modifying Registration Information.

    You may access or modify the Registration/Profile Information you provided at any time or permanently delete your Account.

    When your Account is deactivated, we take reasonable efforts to make sure it is no longer viewable on the App. For up to 30 days it is still possible to restore your Account if it was accidentally or wrongfully deactivated. After 30 days, we begin the process of deleting your Account from our systems. We are not responsible for any information, pictures, comments, or other content that is deleted from our systems resulting from the deactivation of your Account. To prevent abuse and/or misuse of MFM by a User following termination or deletion of a profile/Account we shall retain such information as we deem in our sole discretion may be necessary to ensure that User does not open a new Account and profile in breach of our Terms and Conditions of Use and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

    Warning: Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your Account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by other Users or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. We cannot control this, nor do we accept any liability for this. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal information, they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy/policies

    Removed and deleted information may persist in backup copies for up to 30 days from the date your profile is deleted to enable restoration, but will not be available to others in the meantime

    Your access to the App, as well as this Privacy Policy are governed and interpreted by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, other than such laws, rules, regulations and case law that would result in the application of the laws of a jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Virginia. By using the App, you are consenting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia. You agree that such courts shall have in personal jurisdiction and venue and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum. You agree that you will not file or participate in a class action against us. In the event there is a discrepancy between this English language version and any translated copies of the Policy, the English version shall prevail.

    As MFM grows in popularity, we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you, for example, via an email to the email associated with your Account or by posting a notice within MFM. By continuing to access or use the App after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
